In the event that any part of these Rules, Terms and Conditions are held to be unenforceable, such part will at Little Bridge World's option, be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Subscription Prices to littlebridge.com are determined by Little Bridge World, who reserve the right to change them from time to time.
Subscriptions can currently be purchased in pounds sterling (GBP), Euros and US dollars.
Subscriptions include sales tax or VAT as appropriate and in accordance with local regulations.
Little Bridge World accepts a variety of different payment methods (direct, via distributors/resellers/through retail purchases of books & merchandise) and will continue to expand these options whenever possible or appropriate.
Credit card purchases are processed through a secure payment processors. Online purchases will be displayed on customer's billing statements.
Subscriptions will be converted to local currency at the time of online purchase by the customer's financial institution or credit provider.
Access to littlebridge.com will become available as soon as possible once a subscription has been purchased and access codes are released.
Additional fees for online purchases (including subscriptions) at littlebridge.com may be charged by credit card providers for cross border transactions.
None of these fees are received by Little Bridge World or are the liability of Little Bridge World.

The payment provider is subject to regulation by the British Financial Services Authority (FSA)
All credit card and bank account information is stored by the payment provider solely in encrypted form in a high security centre on servers that are not connected to the internet.
All collection and storage of sensitive information by the payment provider conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
All online subscriptions must be authorised by the primary account holder and Little Bridge World reserves the right to refuse subscribers.
Subscriptions are non refundable and non transferable.
Subscription packages can be renewed and changed, once the initial minimum term has expired.
Cancelled subscriptions will continue for the full remaining period of the package purchased and can be reactivated at any time during this remaining period. Once the subcription has expired your account and all associated data will be deleted and you will have re-subscribe to access littlebridge.com.

Little Bridge World reserves the right to cancel a paid up subscription without a refund upon breach of the Rules, Terms and Conditions of the site.
For home licences: *This is for home use only and not for use in institutions with multiple users.
Problems with 'log-ins' purchased by third parties should be directed at the participating reseller/retailer where the 'log-in' was purchased.
